Cuchaule

During the fall, Bénichon is celebrated in the canton of Fribourg. Once a religious festival, it has broadened into an autumn folk festival which also celebrates the harvest and the return of the cows from mountain pastures. And like the best harvest festivals, it features plenty of good things to eat!
